Travis, I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our air-source heat pump from Aire Serv. Initially I was skeptical because I always thought that heat pump air was “cool” and I’m fairly cold natured. I also expected our electric bills to soar along with lowering our propane consumption. SO NOT THE CASE. It’s the most even comfortable heat I’ve ever experienced. And the great news was that our gas bills are now less than a third what they were when we heated completely with the gas furnace and our electric bills haven’t gone up much at all. What a relief and easy on the pocket book. Thanks again for helping us make this decision. Anytime I get the chance to recommend an air-source heat pump I do, and I also recommend getting it from Aire Serv.

My name is Tony and my wife and I just purchased a four ton Geo Thermal ground source heat pump heating and cooling system from Aire Serv in Jefferson City, Mo. We looked at several companies and brands of equipment.

As we reviewed each bid we kept coming back to Shawn with Aire Serv. He kept in contact with us by email, which was so helpful yet we never felt pressured. The information he supplied proved out to be accurate and made good sense financially and personally for our home. He shared with us what we really needed and provided good information that helped us make an informed decision.

One example is that Shawn suggested a new home air filtration system called Trane Clean Effects. It filters the air with three filters and one of them is an electrically charged filtering system and is a 99% efficient system that removes allergens and dust from the air. At first I did not want to spend the additional money but now we are so glad we did. The first thing we noticed was the improvement in both of our allergies while we were in the house with the new filter. We could breathe easier without congestion. Even our daughter noticed the difference when she was visiting. We also noticed the difference in the amount of dust. My wife had to dust several times a week and now there is very little dust even after two weeks. It is almost dust free.

The installers from Aire Serv were very careful and took great care to do quality work. An example is the way they put down protection on the floors in all the areas where they were working. Also our heat pump came with an additional system that put all extra hot water into our hot water heater. They took the time to redo the plumbing to the hot water heater which was not part of the job.

We are very happy with the Comfort Aire Ground Source Heat Pump we bought. The first full month our utility bill was almost 2/3 reduced over the month before. It also has a variable speed fan and runs so quietly that we cannot hear it run. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the quality of the service we received. The added bonus is that Aire Serv provided 12 months financing at no charge. That clinched the deal for us.
